Look below at the riders for the Bike Show

The Show:

This year The Bike Show was a roaring success. Thankfully it was bigger than last year and so there weren't the customary problems of not being able to move and feeling like a sardine. This made for a much more chilled atmosphere, giving you more of a chance to chat with people and ask them what this or that they like to use for trials.

There was far more trials orientated stands at the show this year which is nice to see. Koxx bikes had a major presence, with two team riders and a fairly big stand right next to the trials arena. Their bikes look real, except for the lack of any real reinforcing at the disc mount. X-Street was there, and Kurt Brain was riding the almost perfect looking Echo they are exclusively distributing in the UK. Super Cycles were there promoting (with the help of Chris Akrigg) their Onza and R&B Designs products.

The Trials:
Martyn and Martin did an excellent job organising the trials arena (sponsored by Onza). It was huge and had just about everything, catering for all styles and allowing the rides to really push the limits. Huge side-hops, big and high gaps, tricky bits that needed precision and some cool sections that were ideal for trying new spiny trick type moves.

There were four trials demos per day, where the riders had a set routine. Near the end of each day though there was a session where the riders basically had a jam around, doing whatever they liked. This was probably the best display because it was just like a normal ride and all the riders were trying new things and really pushing it. This is cool because all to often demo riding in front of loads of people makes riders unwilling to try things they are not absolutely sure about.

Only disappointments; Petr Kraus or JJ Gregorowitz weren't there.

Some of the people at the show said the UK riders were outclassed but really they were riding a totally different style. The Koxx and Megamo riders did seem to have huge amounts of raw power and were doing massive side hops. But… The UK riders, particularly Eddie Tongue, Mr Ashton and Chris Akrigg were coming out with some amazing combinations and variations of moves, making for a really inventive show. Because there were no rules or boundaries, this really was top quality 'freestyle' trials riding, and it was just amazing to watch (Check out the videos below).

The Riders: (Click on the picture to watch a video of the rider)

Martyn Ashton was largeing it with all his old favorites (like high 360 drops) and some cool new stuff including pedal kickflips. Ashton's new bike wasn't ready for the show so he was riding his old Cannondale with a silver paint job and Ashton stickers. (video sequence is 1,640k - click on pic)
Unfortunately Martin Hawyes couldn't really ride much after he picked up an injury (sorry no videos). His bike, as always was the trusty Giant. Instead of riding he spent a lot of time pootling about with a video camera and having autograph signing frenzies.
Chris Akrigg was just incredible, showing us how trials should be done. In typical Akrigg style he wasn't shying away from anything - weird spinning moves, huge getups, big gaps, you name it he was trying it, with bucket loads of aggression. Chris was riding an interesting black prototype Onza, kitted out with R&B Designs leavers and hubs. (Video sequence is 4,752k - click on pic)
Eddie Tongue was showing us his smooth style with astonishing nerve and precision when high up. He was trying cool new variations of moves. Sometimes we looked what he was doing and said 'wow lucky he landed there' when he finished a set of crazy spinning bunnyhops back-wheel on a narrow sleeper edge - precision! Eddie was riding the same old British made Pashley. (video sequence is 1,729k - click on pic)
Kurt Brain was there riding the new Echo frame, and real nice it looks to. He was making some big gaps, looking quite smooth about it. If your wondering about brakes, Kurt swears by plazmatic pads and ground rims, in the wet or dry. (video sequence is 423k - click on pic)
The Koxx Team were at the show strutting their stuff, the junior world champion Vincent Hermance was trying crazy stuff and doing huge side hops. On the Saturday he gapped from the slanted tip of a sleeper on its end to the railings of the arena and out. (video sequence of the Koxx team is 423k - click on pic).

Hot Tips Wedding

'Tis the season.... Looking for affordable bridesmaid dresses? Try shopping for them during the holiday season - but not in expensive bridal salons. Department stores such Sears, for example, generally carry an excellent selection of glamourous cocktail and evening dresses as the season for parties approaches - but at much lower prices than what you'd pay for similar "bridesmaid dresses" in a bridal boutique. With just a quick look though a local department store before firing off this tip, I was able to find an array of gorgeous styles priced at a mere $49! An entire world of fabulous finds can definately be found for well under $100. So when the season of good cheer rolls around, it's time to grab your girls and hit the mall! If rock bottom prices are what you have in mind, here's an even better suggestion: Scour the stores towards the end of the holiday season when prices are being heavily marked down, and cash in on the clearance sales for even greater savings!

Number those reply cards! Many a bride has a huge headache on her hands when, as sometimes happens, the occasional reply card is sent back with no names filled in. Clearly an oversight on the part of the guest who sent it, but how do you figure out who on earth it came from? Here's a little trick which will ensure that you avoid this problem all together - place a small, inconspicuous number on the back of each reply card before enclosing it with the invitation. Use a list to record each guest's name along with the number on the reply card you are enclosing for them. That way, if someone should forget to fill in their name, a quick glance at your list will tell you precisely who the reply belongs to.

Making your own invitations? Save money by using reply postcards instead of the usual reply cards with envelopes. Postage rates for postcards are about 13 cents less than the rate for stamping envelopes (Remember, you must pre-stamp the reply cards for your guests!) Plus, by using postcards you'll also save the expense of envelopes. Simply print the response information on one side of the card, and your address on the other side.

Make sure your florist includes at least a little bit of ivy in your bouquet. This lush green climbing vine symbolizes fidelity and is traditionally used in bridal bouquets for that special symbolism.

Be sure to "break in" the shoes you will be wearing on your wedding day in advance. If your new shoes aren't stretched a little before the big day, your feet may be killing you before you even make it to the reception. This has been an unpleasant distraction for many a bride on her wedding day, don't let it put a damper on yours! Spend several hours wearing your bridal shoes around the house in the weeks before the wedding and you'll have no problem kicking up your heels long into the wee hours when the big day arrives.

Ask your caterer about the availability of children's plates. This is a practical and sensible way to reduce wedding expenses. Many couples aren't aware that, at a reduced cost, most caterers can create smaller portions for the little people on your guest list, who normally don't eat as much as adults. In fact, often you can request something which will have more appeal to the little guys anyhow, such as cheese burgers or chicken fingers and fries instead of the more fussy food you and your adult guests will likely be dining on. Children's plates are typically available at dramatically lower costs than your cost per plate for adults. While children's plates make a great deal of sense from a couple of different stand points, particularly that of your budget, many caterers will not mention their availability unless you specifically enquire or request such a thing. This is because they will make greater profit on adult plates.

Did you know about eminem

Eminem won the 1997 Wake Up Show Freestyle Performer of the Year from L.A. DJs Sway and Tech. That same year he earned second place in Rap Sheet magazine's "Rap Olympics," an annual freestyle rap competition.

'Foul', one of Hip Hops best kept secrets?

World, get ready, it's time to be introduced to one of hip hop's best kept secrets. It don't matter if you're chill'n on da block wit ya mens, or up in da club wit da ladies, or just simply in ya crib or whip. FOUL is what's up in da hood this year. Bringing you a taste of hip hop straight from da heart, Foul and his cousin Tay Jones as his producer are more then focused on bringing nothing but the real to this game. If you asked Foul what he wants out this game he would respond, "I'm not here to be the best, I already am to myself. I just want to share my music with the people with or without the fame that's what it's all about.

Cassidy Turns Himself In On Murder, Weapons Charges

As expected, Cassidy has turned himself in. The rapper, whose real name is Barry Reese, surrendered early Friday afternoon (June 17) to Philadelphia police on charges of murder, attempted murder, reckless endangerment, aggravated assault, conspiracy and weapons possession.

The rapper is expected to remain behind bars at least until he is arraigned, which police estimate won't be until late Friday or even Saturday, since booking and processing will take up to 12 hours. At his arraignment, Cassidy will enter a plea and a discussion about bail will take place. The Philadelphia district attorney's office plans to request that Cassidy be held without bail, as it does with all murder cases, and a spokesperson for the district attorney said it is "very likely" the request will be granted by the judge.

Cassidy is a suspect in the fatal shooting of 22-year-old Desmond Hawkins, who was killed during a gunfight between two groups of men on April 15 (see "Cassidy Wanted For Murder"). Philly police claim Cassidy and two other men, armed with .45 and .40 caliber handguns, 9 mm pistols, AK-47 assault rifles and 7.62 mm rifles, fired on three unarmed men during an argument behind a house in the rapper's northwest Philadelphia neighborhood. During the melee, Hawkins was shot in the back and killed. The other two men were treated at hospitals for gunshot wounds and released.

Cassidy's second album, I'm a Hustla, is due June 28.

Indices forecast for 20th June 2005

Normally Stock Markets are poised with rumors and News. The tandem movement either up or down is normally related to such attributes. Sometimes the rumor appears genuine and the day-traders cut their positions desperately. The very next day or moment the trend reversal influence the "herd mentality". This never ending story could be effectively counteracted if the intensions of the operators are understood.

Aviation page

I fly from Elstree airfield, UK, with Firecrest Aviation flying club. I learnt to fly with them, and after gaining my PPL in 1999, continued renting Cessna 172s. I've logged just over 100 hours, mostly on Cessna 150, with the last 30 logged on Cessna 172. It's hard to go back to C-150 after getting used to the comfort of C-172. Mind you, after C-150 everything is "comfortable".

So far I've been flying mostly in the Southeast of England, the longest flight being the one to Cardiff.
My last flight was on 13/1/2001 from Elstree to Filton near Bristol. It was a beautiful day and uneventful flight. Filton hosts BAE and was used as a test aerodrome for Concorde. Nowadays, Airbuses could be seen there. The runway is huge, being twice as wide as Heathrow. Around the aerodrome there is lovely scenery which includes Bristol Channel with Old and New Severn Bridge, as well as distant views of the Welsh Mountains.

About Eminem

About Eminem

Eminem use this formula to helping him confidence Click Here to Buy
or Here

Eminem perhaps sums his 'white-boy rapper' tag best by saying "Every now and again one motherf***er comes along and now that motherf***er happens to be me." It remains to be seen how long the 'mutha' will be around, but his prospects certainly have exceeded the man he is most frequently compared with, Vanilla Ice. Despite the comparisons, neither seems fond of the other. Ice told Vibe recently that Eminem "raps like a girl" adding "I just don't like that little squeaky voice." Eminem responds to the comparisons by saying "Vanilla Ice wasn't into hip hop. He didn't know what the f**k he was doing. He just followed the trend." Em also distinguishes himself from the Ice man by going on the attack against virtually everyone in his raps, and the self created controversies have proven a windfall to the man's popularity.
Eminem was born Marshall Bruce Mathers III in Kansas City, Missouri. He was raised by his mother splitting time between KC and Detroit. His childhood had its rough moments, as he was repeatedly beaten up by a school bully who eventually beat him up so bad that he was in a coma for 10 days. Marshall never had many friends though he did develop a close relationship with his uncle Ronnie Polkingharn, who shared his same desire to rap. The two saw little of each other after Marshall's move to Detroit was more permanent. Marshall later met Kimberly at High School and formed a rap group. His rap efforts initially were met with loud booing and laughter, but he later worked his way to respectability overcoming his skin color. Just when things were going good for Marshall, he was devastated to hear that his best friend Ronnie had killed himself. Marshall was so devastated that he stopped rapping for over a year.

Marshall's career was reborn though after his girlfriend Kim gives birth to Haile Jade. He launches himself as Eminem and puts out a CD entitled Infinite in 1996. Unfortunately, the album flops and things get so bad, Eminem and Kim are kicked out of their apartment and Kim ditches Em to move back home with her parents. Eminem isn't even allowed to see his daughter and her family thought of him as a loser. All this was too much for Eminem as he attempted suicide in December of 1996. The experience turned his life around and he is reborn as his alter ego, Slim Shady.

Fortunately for Eminem, his rap idol Dr. Dre was listening to a rap competition he took part in for an LA radio station. Dre didn't even know Eminem was white, later saying "It's pretty rare when you can find a white cat that can flow like that." His work with Dre under his Aftermath label quickly launches Eminem, along with excitement from MTV over his look and sound. The Real Slim Shady debuts at #2 in the Billboard charts and from there he hasn't looked back, releasing the Marshall Mathers LP in 2000. His success helped bring Kim back into his life, as the two married in September of 1999, despite the fact that he sang lyrics suggesting he wanted to kill her. The marriage was short lived though as on August 16, 2000 Marshall filed for divorce after separating in June. This success has done nothing to repair the relationship between Eminem and his mother, Debbie Mathers-Briggs, who filed a $10 million slander suit against him in 1999. Of course his lyrical jabs didn't stop there, with additional shots taken at primarily at Christina Aguilera, as well as *NSYNC, Ricky Martin, Britney Spears and everyone that Em felt was in the 'boy band' mix. It was ironic that Em took stabs at Christina for her comments that he felt dissed him, not to mention Will Smith, as his entire schtic is doing the same thing himself, leading many to wonder if Eminem can dish it but can't take it himself. As well, freedom of speech to Eminem doesn't translate to freedom of copyright, as he has joined Dre in speaking out against people illegally downloading his MP3s on Napster.

About Bali

Although it is relatively small compared to the other two favourite Indonesian holiday destinations Sumatra and Java, Bali most certainly did not escape the Indonesian lover's attention. Whereas one can find great extended areas of densed forests on Sumatra and Buddhist centres (such as the one at Borobodur) and vulcanoes on Java, Bali has a lot of the same kind - and maybe even of a prettier kind. However, everything is on a smaller scale, because Bali is not only small in size but also has a high density of population.

SELL OTHER MAJORS ONLY DURING FIRMING UP MOVES NEAR HIGH SET FOR THE DAY USING ADVANCE HEDGING OR TRAILING STOP AND BUY NEAR THE LOW SET FOR THE DAY TO BOOK PROFIT AS DIRECTIONAL SWING TRADES ........

SESSION WISE SWINGS:

Early Japanese session - USD will be highly volatile with spike*
Late Japanese session - highly volatile with spike* (00:30 - 07:00 GMT)

each session is of 7 hrs and 30 duration and they can be divided as early, mid and late each of 2 hrs and 30 min

AUD/USD – The pair is taking cue from other majors as the heavy data week from Australia will give further clues. The support zone around 0.7525-40 has held well so far but a break below 0.75 could lead to the acceleration in losses with 0.7440-55 the only strong support zone till 0.72. On the upside, resistance lies around 0.7640-55 with very strong resistance and offers on a break above 0.77.

GBP/USD – The pair has seen the biggest shift in sentiment against it as its biggest supporting factor i.e. prospect of high interest rates is looking very uncertain while the economy seems to be headed towards a sluggish state Like the Euro bottom picker are keeping it around 1.82 with mild support around 1.8175 followed by the support zone at 1.8125-40. On the upside mild resistance lies around 1.8290 followed by strong offers on any break above 1.8355.

EUR/USD – The pair has stabilized last week and continues to hover around the 1.25 mark with decent sized bids lying around that region. A break below could have broader repercussions and a massive shift in sentiment on its crosses as well. But bottom pickers and decent sized hedge fund bids lie up to the 1.2460 support mark with a break brining the 1.2355-70 support zone into focus. On the upside, 1.2590 is the first resistance mark followed by a stronger one around 1.2645 with any move above it leading to strong offers. Heavy data from the Zone is eyed for further direction.
